Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For shipping rate calculations and estimated delivery times, enter your address on the checkout page. We offer standard and express shipping with the following approximate delivery times:


  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days


Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.


Returns


Return Policy

Oh Coco ONLY OFFERS IN STORE CREDIT FOR REFUNDS. We do not refund to the original method of payment. Items may be returned within 10 days of delivery or store pickup date. Items must be in original condition* within 10 days to receive store credit. Customer must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of package of any damage or returns that are initiated.


Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, personal hygiene products, and gift cards.

Make sure to include full name, phone number, and order number in the e-mail.

Please note, returns may take 3-5 business days to process from date of arrival.

When returning, please securely pack and seal returned items with the invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or polly mailer as we are not liable for packages we do not ship ourselves. Oh Coco does not provide shipping labels for returns. Original invoice must be in included in your return packages.

*Original condition: Items that have NOT been worn, contain no stains, no makeup, have not been altered or washed with all original tags attached.

If we suspect a customer is wearing our pieces and sending them back we reserve the right to refuse service and you will be blocked from our website.


Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your store credit. If approved, the store credit will be issued and you will be able to use it on future purchases.


Exchanges

We do not do exchanges due to our limited quantities. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you..

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
